- As an online course in first language
- Over the phone
- One-to-one
- In a group

Talking
Therapy

Talking therapies, or psychological therapies, are effective and confidential treatments delivered by fully trained and accredited NHS practitioners. They can help with common mental health problems like stress, anxiety and depression. A GP can refer you, or you can refer yourself directly to an NHS psychological therapies service (IAPT) without a referral from a GP.

Bilingual
1:1 support

Our bilingual practitioners are here to:

  • Help you to gain insight
    into your difficulties or distress.
  • Establish a greater understanding of restoring motivation
  • Enabling you to find more appropriate ways of coping or bring about changes in your thinking and behaviour.

Psychotherapy Services

Our team will support you to explore feelings, beliefs, thoughts and relevant events, sometimes from childhood and personal history, in a structured way with a qualified bilingual professional to help you do this safely.

Depending on the nature of your problem, therapy can be short or long term. Sessions can be provided for:

  • adults
  • young people on a one-to-one basis
  • couples, families and within groups whose members share similar problems

Every session is different because every person is different.

Depending on their training and modality, cultural background and appropriateness, your therapist may also suggest particular techniques as part of that exploration.

Group
Support

Our Bilingual Group Support aims to create a community between individuals.

This happens most often in group therapy sessions. Individuals have the ability to connect with others in their native language.

In some cases, you might meet people going through similar circumstances, which can draw strength from these communities.

Recovery
Support Group

Our recovery support groups offer a confidential, friendly, trusted space for people who share concerns or similar lived experiences. These groups meet regularly in order to provide each other with advice, comfort, and encouragement.

Employee Assistant
Programmes

Our Employee Assistance Programmes are intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health and well-being.

Our services include assessment, short-term counselling and referral services for employees and their immediate family.
